Full page ads are 5 x 8 inches. No bleeds. Vertical alignment is preferred.

 

Ads must comply with GRCA advertising policy as stated in the GRNews. Ads are subject to editing if the copy is not clear of intent or if it includes too much copy and photographs for the space allowed.

 

Be sure to include your name and address on the back of every photo. Photos will be returned, or pick them up at the National.

 

TIPS TO ADVERTISERS

 

PLEASE TYPE OR PRINT PLAINLY ALL COPY

·         A few well chosen words make a more attractive ad.

·         Keep it simple and don’t crowd the page.

·         All digital photos must be 300 dpi or higher.  DO NOT take a lower-quality picture and change the dpi to 300.  The picture will not reproduce well. 

·         Hardcopy photos must be original from film or high resolution (1200 dpi) prints.

·         Do not submit printouts from a computer screen or web site, tear sheets or Xerox copies to be used as photographs. These cannot be reproduced.

·         Fonts will be matched as closely as possible.

·         Logos and artwork should be submitted as 300 dpi digital or photo quality hardcopy.

·         All ad copy must be typed or printed legibly. Correct titles and spelling are your responsibility.
